Accessibility

AI Capone is a voice-first experience, which creates accessibility trade-offs we want to be upfront about. We’re committed to improving, and we’ll work with you directly if something’s in your way — email contact@aicapone.net.

Our commitment

AI Capone is built and operated by HoneyWired LLC. We’re working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target standard, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit; this page is an honest snapshot, not a certification.

The core experience is voice, audio & visual — on purpose

We want to be straight about this. AI Capone is, by design, a real-time experience where you speak to Al with your own voice, hear him talk back, and watch him. That is the product — the way a concert or an audiobook is fundamentally an audio thing. It is not a text chatbot, and what you pay for is specifically the voice conversation and the character. So a couple of barriers are inherent, and can’t be removed without turning it into something else:

What we make accessible

Everything around the core experience should work with a keyboard and a screen reader — and we treat it as a bug to fix if it doesn’t:

We’re also continuing to improve contrast and keyboard details over time, and we haven’t yet completed a formal third-party audit.

Need help, or hit a barrier?

If any part of AI Capone is hard to use, or you need the information here in another form, tell us and we’ll help and prioritize a fix. Please include the page and what happened.
